We are about to remove POP3 support on our server. Slowly POP3 will be replaced my IMAP, which is better than POP3.
To read more about IMAP, you can browse to the pages below: http://www.imap.org/about/whatisIMAP.html http://www.imap.org/papers/imap.vs.pop.brief.html
If you can't access POP3, it means you already have IMAP support. Simply choose IMAP when adding your account to any email client.
The following, should work fine in most case: Server: mail.[your_domain].com Port: Should be automatically added by the email client. If not, type: 143 Authentication: Auto Username: [mail_address]@[your_domain].com OR [mail_address]+[your_domain].com Password: [your_email_address_password]
